About The Role We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Developer to join our innovative technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services using Spring Boot, as well as building responsive and user-friendly UI components with React. Your contributions will be critical in delivering high-quality solutions that meet our business needs and enhance user experience.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow developers to create seamless, efficient, and secure applications. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on challenging projects within a fast-paced environment, utilizing modern technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of professional experience in Java development, specifically with Java version 8 or higher. You should have hands-on experience with Spring Boot, including REST APIs, Spring MVC, and Spring Security, along with a solid understanding of microservices architecture. Proficiency in React.js, including functional components, hooks, and state management, is essential,



complemented by strong skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).

Experience integrating frontend React applications with backend APIs, as well as familiarity with RESTful web services and JSON, is required. Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB, along with ORM frameworks like Hibernate or JPA, is also necessary. Additionally, familiarity with Git version control workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and build tools like Maven or Gradle will be advantageous.

Candidates should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to write clean and maintainable code, and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
