Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.

Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve performance and user experience.

Document application designs, configurations, and processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.

Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.

Solid understanding of application design principles and configuration best practices within Workday Core HCM.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues to ensure smooth business operations.

Ability to collaborate effectively with business users and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Familiarity with integration concepts and data management within Workday environments.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.

This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location.

A 15 years full time education is required.
