Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application design and functionality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure seamless integration of applications within the broader technology ecosystem.

Qualified & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Recruiting.

Strong experience in application design and configuration within enterprise environments.

Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex application issues.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
