Continuous evaluation and adjustment of application features to optimize performance and usability are integral parts of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.





Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to ensure smooth operation.

Document application configurations and changes to maintain clear records for future reference.

Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Qualified & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday HCM Security.

Experience with configuring security roles, permissions, and access controls within Workday HCM environments.

Strong understanding of identity and access management principles as they apply to enterprise applications.

Ability to analyze and interpret business requirements to design secure and compliant application solutions.

Familiarity with Workday integration tools and security frameworks to support seamless data flow and protection.

Skilled in troubleshooting security-related issues and implementing effective resolutions.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday HCM Security.

This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI location.

A 15 years full time education is required.
