Job Summary

Looking for experienced Appian Developers / Appian BPM Consultants to design, develop, and deploy enterprise workflow and business process management solutions using the Appian Low-Code Platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement applications using the Appian BPM Platform
- Create and maintain Process Models, SAIL Interfaces, Records, Reports, and Business Rules
- Develop integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Work on workflow automation, case management, and business process optimization
- Perform application enhancements, code reviews, and performance tuning
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
- Support testing, deployment, and production support activities
- Follow Appian development best practices and governance standards





Requirements

- 10+ years of IT experience with solid expertise in Appian Development / BPM
- Hands-on experience with Appian SAIL, Process Models, Records, Reports, and Integrations
- Strong knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) and Workflow Automation
- Experience integrating Appian with enterprise applications and databases
- Knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, and Web Services
- Experience in implementation, enhancement, and support projects
- Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Preferred Skills

- Appian L2 Certification or above
- Experience in Appian Tempo, Sites, and Case Management solutions
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with cloud-based Appian deployments
- Appian Lead Developer experience is an added advantage
