About The Opportunity A dynamic player in the global apparel and textile export sector, we bridge Indian manufacturing excellence with international fashion brands—driving end-to-end merchandise lifecycle management from design to delivery. Our merchandisers ensure cost, quality, and timeline precision across sourcing, production, and compliance—empowering brands to scale sustainably with trusted Indian partners.

Role & Responsibilities Manage end-to-end garment merchandising for international clients—from tech packs and sample approvals to bulk production and shipment coordination.

Translate design briefs into actionable specs, ensuring fabric, trims, fit, and costing align with brand requirements and factory capabilities.

Coordinate with mills, factories, and QC teams across India to meet production deadlines, quality benchmarks, and compliance standards (e.g., BSCI, SEDEX).

Track order milestones, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain transparent communication between clients and suppliers via detailed PO trackers and weekly updates.

Conduct pre-production, mid-production,



and final inspections to validate quality control, measurement, and packaging against approved standards.

Negotiate costs, manage margin expectations, and deliver budget-compliant solutions without compromising quality or timelines.
