We are seeking an experienced Automation Lead with a solid foundation in API testing and automation framework design to lead and innovate in a high-performance QA environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities to drive automation excellence across complex service-oriented architectures. This role requires a proactive problem solver who can not only execute but also architect solutionsboth technical and process-orientedto elevate the quality and speed of delivery.

You will be responsible for shaping the automation roadmap, building intelligent tools using AI/ML, and guiding a team of QA professionals toward higher efficiency and innovation.

Key qualifications include: 8+ years of hands-on experience in API automation with proven expertise in RestAssured, Postman, and SoapUI. Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing modular,



maintainable automation frameworks for REST/SOAP services. Strong understanding of CI/CD integration with Jenkins, Git, and DevOps practices.

Experience in working with WSDL, Swagger, RAML, JSON, and XML to validate service contracts and data flows. Proven ability to build custom utilities or automation tools that solve real-world testing challenges and reduce manual work. Exposure to AI-driven automation techniques—such as intelligent test generation, dynamic test data creation, or self-healing test scripts—is highly desirable.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills with a track record of leading and growing QA teams. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, innovation, and team development.
