Role Overview:

As a Technical Project Manager, you will serve as the bridge between business requirements and technical execution. You will lead cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and QA engineers to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality software products. Your day-to-day involves managing the entire software development lifecycle, facilitating sprint ceremonies, and maintaining transparent communication channels with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope.

You will play a pivotal role in translating complex business needs into actionable technical roadmaps that directly impact our clients' market success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle to ensure timely delivery of high-performance digital products for our clients.
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed PRD and BRD documents to provide clear technical direction for the engineering team.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning,



and retrospective meetings to maintain team velocity and foster an environment of continuous improvement.
- Manage project backlogs and prioritize tasks effectively to align development efforts with evolving client expectations and business goals.
- Monitor project health, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement proactive mitigation strategies to keep development on track.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide transparent progress updates and ensure that the final output aligns with the defined project vision.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex IT projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies to drive team productivity.
- Strong ability to document technical specifications, including PRD and BRD, ensuring clarity for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of navigating the full software development lifecycle from conceptualization to deployment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional team dynamics and maintain strong relationships with diverse client groups.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple project streams while maintaining high standards of code quality and delivery.
- A minimum of 2 to 5 years of professional experience in technical project management within a software development firm.
- Flexibility to work effectively from our Gurgaon or Bangalore offices, collaborating seamlessly with distributed teams.
