Role Description The Animator role at Pavanaastra Digital is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The Animator will create high-quality 2D and/or 3D animations, motion graphics, and visual effects for a range of projects, including social media content, advertisements, event videos, and brand communication materials. Day-to-day tasks include developing concepts, creating storyboards, collaborating with designers and video editors, integrating motion capture data where needed, and refining animations based on feedback.





The Animator will work closely with the creative team to ensure consistent visual style and timely delivery of projects, while maintaining high production standards.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Animation skills, including 2D/3D animation and Motion Graphics capabilities.

Candidates should possess Storyboarding skills to visualize concepts, plan scenes, and structure narrative flow.

Candidates should possess Motion Capture understanding or experience to integrate performance data into animation workflows.

Candidates should possess Communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and internal creative teams.

Proficiency in industry-standard tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Blender/Maya, Photoshop or equivalent) is highly beneficial.

A portfolio showcasing animation, motion graphics, and storytelling ability is required.

Relevant education or training in Animation, VFX, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.

Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback in a fast-paced creative environment.
