As an Android Developer, you will design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance Android applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. You will work with modern Android development frameworks, APIs, and tools to build scalable, secure, and production-ready mobile applications while collaborating with designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and product teams.

Your responsibilities may include developing native Android applications, integrating REST APIs, implementing modern UI components, optimizing application performance, debugging issues, ensuring application security, and publishing applications to the Google Play Store.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain native Android applications using Kotlin and Java.
- Build intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly mobile interfaces following Material Design guidelines.
- Develop scalable application architecture using Android best practices and modern development patterns.
- Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and cloud-based services.
- Implement secure authentication, local storage, notifications, and background services.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, battery usage, and memory consumption.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application bugs and performance issues.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following coding standards.
- Perform unit testing, UI testing, and participate in code reviews.
- Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product managers.
- Publish, maintain, and update applications on the Google Play Store.




- Stay updated with the latest Android SDKs, Jetpack libraries, and mobile development trends.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Android application development fundamentals.
- Positive knowledge of Kotlin and/or Java programming.
- Familiarity with Android Studio and the Android SDK.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP), data structures, and algorithms.
- Understanding of mobile application lifecycle and UI development principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Internship, academic projects, or Android development experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Kotlin, Java, and Android Jetpack libraries.
- Familiarity with MVVM, MVC, or Clean Architecture.
- Experience using Jetpack Compose or XML layouts for UI development.
- Knowledge of Room Database, SQLite, and local data storage.
- Experience integrating Firebase services such as Authentication, Firestore, Analytics, and Cloud Messaging.
- Familiarity with Retrofit,



Volley, or OkHttp for API integration.
- Understanding of dependency injection frameworks such as Hilt or Dagger.
- Experience using Git and collaborative software development workflows.
- Knowledge of Google Play Console, app publishing, and release management.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and mobile application testing.
