- Need International Voice Experience preferably in HOI / VOE / Payoff. Reviewing all documentation submitted by the borrower, including income statements, asset statements, tax returns, and identification documents Verifying the accuracy and completeness of each document according to lending guidelines and regulatory requirements. Following up with the borrower or relevant third parties to obtain any missing or additional documentation necessary to complete the loan file Communicating with loan officers, underwriters, and borrowers to address questions, discrepancies,



or issues related to documentation. Answering or making calls to borrowers & employers Responding efficiently and accurately to employers and client Obtain the information and document it in a client system. Meet TAT and Quality matrix Handle escalations, investigate and eliminate root causes and handle reporting requests to support decision making.
