Profile- Analyst/Senior Analyst

Exp-3+ Years (Min 2 year relevant)

Location- Chennai

Skills Required

Responsible for processing Loan lifecycle events such as Billing,Rollover,Rate setting,Funding,Increase/decrease, Paydowns,Commitment reduction,Interest/Fee/Adhoc Payments, SSI updates with 2step/4step procedure followed.

▪Responsible to take action of Lender queries received in group email boxes i.e ECRM within 24 hrs and resolution within 2 business days ▪Responsible for Processing assignment monitoring (Trades Process- Primary/Secondary)

▪Match Cash breaks for previous day transactions and add comments for pending items ▪Responsible to Share EOD status with detailed comments on BAU acitivities and Pending Items.





▪Responsible for Processing transactions as per training and SOP.Report to supervisor incase of any deviations.

▪Responsible for completing assigned Works with 100% accuracy.

▪Ensure to complete all mandatory trainings before due date ▪Capable of handling few operational reports as applicable for sub processes.

▪Having strong knowledge and hands on expereince in using applications like Loan IQ and Clearpar.

▪Responsible for investigating and resolving Pending cash breaks(Recent/Aged)

▪Capable of following escalations matrix.

▪Ensure to get cross trained in all sub processes within the team
