We are currently hiring for Analyst - U2 to work with our internal teams here in Hyderabad.

Role: Assessment Processing Administrator (Full Time/Permanent)

Designation as per Tech Mahindra - Analyst U2

Location: Hi-Tech City - Hyderabad

Experience: 2 year - 5 Years (In any International process (Voice or Non-Voice)

Work Mode: Work from office (5 days)

Shift: UK (12PM 9:30PM, Fixed week off’s on Sat & Sun) – Two way transportation will be given within the radius of 30KMS from the above locations.

Client: UK Based (Product Based/ 500 years old)

Payroll: Tech Mahindra

Required:

- Minimum 2+ years of experience working in any international process within KPO or BPO industries.
- Must be able to manage clients from the UK on calls.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
- Graduation in any field ( Mandatory)
- Proficient use of Microsoft office products (Outlook, Excel etc)
