Requirements:

- MBBS degree with a postgraduate qualification in Anaesthesiology (MD/DM in Anaesthesia or equivalent).

- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in OT and ICU settings, with demonstrated expertise in critical care management.

- Proficiency in advanced airway management, invasive monitoring, and emergency resuscitation techniques.

- Strong understanding of pharmacology, especially anesthetic agents, sedatives, and analgesics.

- Experience with mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring, and management of critically ill patients.

- Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) and state medical council.

- Excellent communication, decision-making, and multitasking skills under pressure.

- Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and adherence to hospital protocols and standards.

- Ability to work versatile shifts, including nights, weekends, and on-call duties as required.
