Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through Amazon's communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, and product-related concerns.
- Monitor customer interactions and maintain high response quality.
- Coordinate with the operations team to resolve order discrepancies and customer complaints.
- Track open cases and ensure timely follow-ups until resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer communications and case updates.
- Identify recurring customer concerns and share insights for process improvement.

Requirements
