We are looking forward to hire Amazon Connect Professionals in the following areas : Amazon Connect Administrator Exp: 5 Years Role Overview - The Amazon Connect Administrator is responsible for providing end-to-end administration, configuration, optimization, and operational support for Amazon Connect contact center platform and enterprise voice services. The role focuses on improving system reliability, customer experience, and operational efficiency Key Responsibilities Amazon Connect Platform Management Configure, maintain, and optimize: Contact flows Queues and routing profiles Agents and agent hierarchy Contact Control Panel (CCP) Design and enhance routing logic to improve: Call handling efficiency First call resolution Monitoring & Support Monitor system performance, availability,
