Position description: Proficient in designing and executing targeted drip marketing campaigns, nurturing leads through strategic content sequences, and optimizing customer journeys for enhanced engagement and conversion.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Formulate and refine drip marketing strategies, aligning them with overall marketing objectives and sales goals.
- Plan, implement, and oversee targeted drip marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and relevant content delivery to segmented audiences.
- Develop and optimize lead nurturing programs, utilizing segmentation strategies to tailor content for various audience segments.
- Oversee the creation of engaging and personalized content for drip campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and campaign objectives.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to set up, monitor, and optimize drip campaigns, maximizing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and use data-driven insights to continually optimize drip marketing initiatives for enhanced results.
- Work closely with sales teams to understand lead qualification criteria, align drip campaigns with the sales funnel, and contribute to lead conversion strategies.
- Develop and refine customer journey maps, ensuring drip campaigns effectively guide leads through the sales funnel and customer lifecycle.
- Collaborate with other marketing channels to ensure seamless integration and consistency in messaging across various touchpoints in the customer journey.
- Manage budget allocations for drip marketing initiatives,
