Job Summary

Looking for Motivated and Proactive Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) Subject Matter Expert with deep functional experience in CodeBeamer/Polarion/IBM Doors.. As a Analyst/Consultant in Engineering and R&D; Digitization, you will work closely with the Manager/Sr. Manager to define and deliver.

Responsibilities

- Develop ALM strategies: Work closely with key stakeholders to understand the organizations software development processes and goals and develop ALM strategies that align with those goals and consult the customers.

- Design ALM solutions: Design and architect ALM solutions that encompass the entire application lifecycle, including requirements management, version control, build management, deployment, testing, and release management.

- Tool selection and Consulting:



Identify and evaluate ALM tools and technologies that best meet the organizations requirements and provide consulting aligned overview.

- Process improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the software development lifecycle and propose consulting solutions to enhance efficiency, quality, and collaboration.

- Stay up-to-date: Continuously monitor industry trends and advancements in ALM practices, methodologies, and tools. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the organizations ALM strateg
