Role Description The Airport Operations Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. This position oversees day-to-day airport operations, including coordination of ground activities, monitoring adherence to safety and regulatory standards, and ensuring smooth passenger flow.

The role involves supervising frontline teams, managing work schedules, guiding staff performance, and addressing operational issues in real time. The supervisor also supports customer service at the terminal, handles escalations, and collaborates with airport authorities, airlines,



and service partners to maintain efficient and orderly operations.

Qualifications

- Strong operations and airport operations skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple activities and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Proven supervisory skills, including team leadership, performance monitoring, and effective delegation in a rapid-paced environment.
- Customer service experience, with the ability to manage passenger interactions, resolve escalations, and support a positive travel experience.
- Excellent organization skills, including time management, prioritization, and accurate documentation of daily operational activities.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on airport operational needs.
- Prior experience in airport or aviation operations is highly beneficial.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in aviation management, operations, or a related field is preferred.
