Role Description Employment Type: Part-time / Freelance / Contract

Work Mode: On-site / Remote / Hybrid based in Rajarhat for an AI Tools Trainer / Digital Marketing Trainer / Data Science Trainer. The trainer will design and deliver structured training sessions on AI tools, digital marketing strategies, and data science concepts to learners at different skill levels. Daily responsibilities include preparing training materials and presentations, conducting live classes and workshops, creating practical assignments and case studies, and providing feedback and guidance to participants.

The role also involves staying current with industry trends and tools, collaborating with internal teams to improve course content,



and supporting learner engagement through clear communication and mentoring.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear presentation, active listening, and the ability to explain complex topics simply.

Candidates should possess Marketing and Social Media Marketing skills to train learners on digital campaigns, branding, and online engagement strategies.

Candidates should possess Training skills, including curriculum development, classroom management, and learner assessment.

Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to guide learners on lead generation, conversion strategies, and basic sales funnels in digital contexts.

Relevant experience in AI tools, digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools), and foundational data science concepts (e.g., analytics, dashboards) is highly beneficial.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Marketing, or Business, or equivalent practical experience in training or industry roles.

Ability to work in office in Rajarhat, manage multiple batches or courses, and adapt teaching style for diverse learner backgrounds.
