About the Role

We are looking for an AI & Systems Engineer to join our engineering team and help build AI-powered products that deliver measurable business value.

You will work on designing and developing intelligent applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and backend systems. From concept to deployment, you'll collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to deliver reliable, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered features across multiple SaaS products.
- Build intelligent assistants, copilots, and AI agents using modern LLM technologies.
- Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and enterprise knowledge systems.
- Integrate AI models such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or open-source LLMs into production applications.
- Design and build scalable backend services and REST APIs using Python frameworks.




- Work with vector databases and embedding pipelines to enable semantic search and intelligent information retrieval.
- Integrate AI capabilities with existing enterprise applications and third-party services.
- Optimize system architecture for scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, agentic workflows, and software engineering best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–5 years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, or Backend Development.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience developing REST APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
- Strong understanding of SQL and experience with databases such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with vector databases including Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, or Qdrant.
- Experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD workflows.
- Good understanding of software architecture, scalable backend systems, and API integrations.

Preferred Skills





Experience in any of the following will be an added advantage:

- AI Agents and autonomous workflow orchestration
- Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- Cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud
- Kubernetes and container orchestration
- MLOps and model deployment
- OCR, Document Intelligence, Speech AI, or Computer Vision
- Healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 or FHIR
