We are looking for an experienced AI QA Engineer who is passionate about software quality and emerging AI technologies. Key Responsibilities

- Execute AI-generated test scenarios against historical job packages and validate expected outcomes.
- Perform detailed manual verification of AI-generated test results to determine pass/fail accuracy.
- Analyse AI-generated evidence to identify false positives, false negatives, inconsistencies, and missing validations.
- Log, track,



and document defects with clear reproduction steps and actionable feedback for engineering teams.
- Collaborate closely with Senior QA engineers, developers, and AI product teams to continuously improve testing quality and AI model performance.
- Re-test resolved defects and validate fixes across current product releases.
- Maintain comprehensive test documentation, execution reports, and traceability of validation activities.
- Participate in test planning, QA reviews, and process improvement initiatives focused on AI-assisted testing.
- Contribute to enhancing AI-driven testing frameworks through structured feedback and continuous learning.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, Manual Testing, or QA Analysis.
- Strong analytical thinking with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven experience in identifying defects, analysing test results, and validating complex business scenarios.
- Hands-on experience with defect management tools and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, test design techniques, and defect lifecycle management.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
