As an AI Prompt Engineer, you will design, optimize, and evaluate prompts that enable Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI systems to produce accurate, reliable, and high-quality outputs. You will work closely with AI engineers, developers, product teams, and domain experts to build prompt workflows that power AI assistants, automation tools, chatbots, content generation platforms, and enterprise AI applications.

Your responsibilities may include designing prompt strategies, evaluating AI responses, improving model performance through prompt optimization, creating reusable prompt libraries, developing AI agent workflows, testing different prompting techniques, and collaborating on production-ready Generative AI solutions.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and optimize prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Create prompt templates and reusable prompt libraries for AI applications.
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, consistency, and quality.
- Improve AI outputs using prompt engineering techniques such as few-shot, chain-of-thought, role prompting, and structured prompting.
- Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate prompts into production applications.
- Develop prompt workflows for AI chatbots, virtual assistants, and intelligent automation systems.
- Test, benchmark, and document prompt performance across multiple AI models.
- Assist in building AI agents and multi-step reasoning workflows.
- Analyze user feedback and continuously refine prompt performance.
- Document prompt standards, testing methodologies, and best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging Generative AI models,



prompting techniques, and industry trends.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality AI-powered products.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Linguistics, English, or a related field.
- Strong written communication and language skills.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI.
- Ability to write clear, structured, and logical prompts.
- Familiarity with prompt evaluation and response analysis.
- Understanding of AI ethics, hallucinations, and prompt safety principles.
- Basic knowledge of Python or scripting languages is preferred.
- Ability to quickly learn recent AI tools and technologies.
- Prior internship, academic projects, or experience with AI tools is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, or other LLM platforms.
- Familiarity with Prompt Engineering methodologies and best practices.
- Knowledge of AI Agents, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or LlamaIndex.
- Experience creating prompts for chatbots,



content generation, coding assistants, or enterprise AI applications.
- Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts.
- Familiarity with Markdown, JSON, YAML, or structured prompt formats.
- Basic understanding of Python, APIs, and automation workflows.
- Experience performing prompt evaluation, A/B testing, and quality benchmarking.
- Knowledge of AI safety, guardrails, and responsible AI practices.
- Experience using Git or collaborative documentation tools.
