About the role

We build AI products and automation systems for real businesses — voice agents, document processing pipelines, internal tools, custom integrations. We're looking for two people who can take an idea and turn it into a working product, not just a demo.

The most important thing we're hiring for is product sense plus build speed. If you can go from "here's the problem" to a working, usable thing using AI tools aggressively to get there, we want to talk to you.

What you'll do

- Build AI-powered products end to end: idea → prototype → working product
- Ship fast using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Lovable, Cursor, and whatever else gets it done)
- Take existing agent/automation builds — like the voice agents we've deployed for clients — and convert them into proper, productised solutions




- Work directly with clients and internal stakeholders to understand what actually needs building
- Own your builds: you write it, you test it, you fix it, you deploy it.

What we're looking for

Must have

- Strong "vibe coding" ability — you're genuinely quick and effective with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Lovable, or similar), and you know how to steer them instead of just accepting whatever they output
- A real understanding of how a product gets built — architecture, data flow, APIs, auth, deployment. You don't need to be a systems expert, but you should know what the pieces are and how they fit
- Ability to work independently and figure things out without hand-holding
- Something you've actually built that we can look at (side project, freelance work, anything shipped)

Good to have (not mandatory)

- n8n workflow automation experience — a strong plus, but we'll happily train the right person
- Experience with voice AI (VAPI or similar), LLM APIs, or agent frameworks
- Supabase, FastAPI, React
- Any client-facing or delivery experience
