We're hiring AI Policy, Ethics & Compliance Analysts to evaluate AI-generated content against safety, fairness, and ethical standards — helping ensure that AI stays aligned with human values. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong analytical instincts and a genuine interest in ethics, fairness, or responsible technology.

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Review AI-generated content and evaluate it against safety, fairness, and ethical alignment standards

Classify outputs based on compliance criteria including accuracy, bias, and potential harm

Flag content that may be misleading, harmful, or inappropriate

Write structured, detailed feedback on policy-related issues and edge cases

Apply consistent judgment across a wide range of topics and content types
