Job Title: AI/ML Engineer Location: Ahmedabad Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 2 to 3 Years As an AI/ML Engineer at SolGuruz, you will design, develop, deploy, and optimize intelligent AI/ML solutions that solve real-world business problems. You will work across traditional Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI to build scalable AI-powered applications. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, software engineers, and AI researchers to transform data into production-ready intelligent systems while contributing to our growing AI ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, train, evaluate, and deploy scalable Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.

- Build AI-powered applications across Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI, Recommendation Systems, and Predictive Analytics.
- Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, AI Agents, and LLM-powered applications.
- Build end-to-end ML pipelines including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Integrate AI models with web and backend applications through APIs and microservices.
- Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and designers to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
- Optimize model performance for accuracy, latency, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Implement MLOps best practices including model versioning, CI/CD, automated retraining, and production monitoring.
- Research, prototype, and evaluate emerging AI technologies to improve existing products and identify recent opportunities.
- Contribute to reusable AI components,



internal frameworks, documentation, and engineering best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.

- Strong programming skills in Python with experience building production-grade applications.
- Solid understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning fundamentals, including supervised and unsupervised learning.
- Hands-on experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or similar ML libraries.
- Experience working with Large Language Models (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral, etc.) and modern Generative AI concepts.
- Familiarity with RAG architectures, embeddings, prompt engineering, and vector databases (FAISS, Chroma, Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, etc.).
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
- Good understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases and data processing techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices (MLflow, SageMaker, Azure ML, Vertex AI, Kubeflow, Docker, CI/CD).
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills (Nice To Have) - Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI or similar AI orchestration frameworks.

- Experience fine-tuning open-source LLMs.
- Knowledge of multimodal AI (Vision, Speech, OCR, Document Intelligence).
- Familiarity with HuggingFace ecosystem and open-source foundation models.
