You will be part of the Technology for Operations team that acts as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. The team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. We work closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions.

The Tech For

Operations (TFO) team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. Works closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build cutting-edge solutions.,Tech for Operations involves using technology to improve and streamline business operations. This role includes implementing software solutions, automating processes, and managing IT systems that support operational activities.

It also involves analyzing data to optimize performance and ensure efficiency. The goal is to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness through the effective use of technology.



Major sub deals include AHO(Application Hosting Operations), ISMT (Infrastructure Management), Intelligent Automation Understanding of foundational principles and knowledge of Artificial Intelligence AI including concepts, techniques, and tools in order to use AI effectively.

What are we looking for? Test LLM-based and GenAI applications for accuracy, consistency, and relevance

Validate agentic and multi-agent workflows (ReAct, Chain-of-Thought, tool calling)

Perform API and integration testing for AI services and downstream systems

Conduct bias, safety, and Responsible AI testing

Execute performance, scalability, and reliability testing for AI systems

Build and maintain automated AI test suites using Python

Integrate AI testing into CI/CD pipelines

Collaborate with AI engineers to debug and improve AI quality

5–7+ years in QA / Automation Testing, with exposure to AI/ML or GenAI

Strong Python skills

Experience with LLMs, prompt testing, and agentic frameworks

Knowledge of API testing, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)

Understanding of RAG, vector databases, and non-deterministic AI behavior Roles and Responsibilities:

In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems

May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals

Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor
