GeoIQ is Looking for:**** GeoIQ (A Lenskart Company) is looking for an AI Engineer to join their lean, fast-moving team in Bengaluru. You will build and maintain production-grade AI agents — primarily multimodal voice agents and text agents using LiveKit — solving real behavioural issues, owning product features end-to-end, and growing the product within Lenskart's retail intelligence ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement production-grade agentic AI systems (voice + text) at scale
- Build and maintain RAG pipelines and integrate AI models into customer-facing products
- Work with LLMs — prompt engineering, embeddings, model selection and configuration
- Own product features end-to-end, from architecture to deployment and debugging
- Collaborate with engineers and product teams to embed AI capabilities into platforms and workflows
- Optimise AI models for accuracy, scalability, and efficiency in production
- Stay current with advancements in Generative AI, foundation models, and applied AI frameworks

Must-Have Requirements

- Production-level experience building and shipping complex AI agents (not just prototypes or academic projects)
- Hands-on RAG pipeline experience in a production environment
- Strong Python coding ability — must be able to write, debug, and reason through code independently without AI assistance
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, FAISS, Weaviate, or equivalent)




- Demonstrated end-to-end project ownership — able to articulate what was built, why decisions were made, and how issues were debugged

Good to Have

- Experience with LLM application development — prompt engineering, embeddings, model configuration in real systems
- Voice AI / multimodal agent experience (text-to-speech, speech-to-text, or voice agents in production)
- LiveKit experience
- Familiarity with orchestration frameworks — LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Haystack
- Hackathon participation or open-source AI/ML contributions
- Background from consumer-facing AI product companies (e.g. Sarvam, Ola, Emergent)
- CSIT / AI / ML / Data Science degree background
- Docker / containerisation basics
- MLOps / CI/CD for AI workflows
