Position Description

Design and build intelligent systems and AI-driven agents by leveraging strong data engineering and AI development expertise. The AI Engineer will be responsible for developing secure, compliant, and high-performing AI solutions that integrate seamlessly with enterprise applications and developer ecosystems. This role involves end-to-end ownership of AI application development, including model integration, deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization. The candidate will also contribute to building scalable full-stack solutions and robust ML Ops pipelines for real-time AI usage within controlled environments.

Position Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven agents for identified business use cases.
- Develop and implement AI solutions using LLM frameworks and advanced prompt engineering techniques.
- Explore and enable deployment and serving of LLMs in local and cloud environments.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications and development tools (e.g., IDEs).
- Implement observability, versioning, monitoring, and auditing mechanisms for AI model usage.
- Optimize AI models for performance, latency, scalability, and real-time applications.




- Design and build ML Ops pipelines, data pipelines, storage systems, and APIs for model training and inference.
- Integrate enterprise data sources securely within the AI ecosystem.
- Develop high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented code using Python, TypeScript, or similar technologies.
- Build full-stack applications including front-end UI, backend services, and database integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient AI solutions.
- Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards are adhered to for AI systems.

Desired / Preferred Qualifications

- 3?5 years of professional experience in software development or AI engineering.
- Experience with AI tools and frameworks such as GitHub Copilot, Pydantic, LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG pipelines, or similar.
- Exposure to containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes, including deployment of AI/ML workloads.
- Experience in developing AI applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
- Strong backend development experience using Python, FastAPI, or similar technologies.
- Experience with frontend frameworks such as React.js.
- Hands-on experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
- Ability to design and develop full-stack applications, including database schema design.
- Robust problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-pace environment.
- Good communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
