Responsibilities

- Build and deploy production-grade AI/ML systems.

- Develop and fine-tune LLMs.

- Work on NLP and Transformer-based architectures.

- Design scalable AI/ML solutions.

- Build reliable AI infrastructure and inference systems.

- Develop AI evaluation and quality frameworks.

- Solve complex ML and engineering problems.

- Mentor engineers and drive technical excellence.

- Take AI solutions from concept to production.

Requirements

- 6-10 years of experience in AI/ML Engineering.

- Strong Python programming skills.

- Hands-on LLM development experience.

- Strong NLP and Transformer fundamentals.

- Experience with model training, fine-tuning, and model building.

- Solid Computer Science and Machine Learning fundamentals.

- Experience building and deploying production AI systems.
