Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and innovative AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions that solve real-world business problems. The ideal candidate will have experience building AI-powered applications, working with large language models (LLMs), machine learning frameworks, and cloud platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into products and business workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI and machine learning applications.
- Build and integrate AI-powered features using LLMs and generative AI technologies.
- Develop, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models.
- Create AI agents, chatbots, recommendation systems, or automation solutions based on business needs.
- Develop APIs and backend services to support AI applications.
- Work with structured and unstructured data for model training and inference.
- Optimize model performance, scalability, and inference costs.
- Integrate AI solutions with web, mobile, and enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and software engineers to deliver AI-driven products.
- Monitor AI system performance and continuously improve accuracy and reliability.
- Stay current with advancements in AI, machine learning, and generative AI technologies.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field (Master's preferred but not required).




- 2–4+ years of experience in AI/ML development or software engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI APIs.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, and vector databases.
- Experience with REST APIs, Git, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or other generative AI platforms.
- Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of MLOps concepts and model deployment.
- Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Familiarity with data pipelines and distributed computing.
- Knowledge of AI ethics, security, and responsible AI practices.
