The Role

We are looking for an experienced AI-Assisted Development Instructor to create and deliver a comprehensive course that teaches developers how to build software faster using modern AI tools. As a remote, contract-based instructor, you will be responsible for designing the curriculum, recording high-quality video lessons, creating practical assignments, and providing real-world insights into using AI as a pair programmer.

Key Responsibilities

- Curriculum Design: Design and structure the complete course curriculum focused on tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot,



and Claude/ChatGPT for software engineering.
- Course Recording: Record high-quality, step-by-step video lessons and learning materials demonstrating how to use AI coding assistants in real-world development environments.
- Assignment Development: Create practical assignments, coding challenges, and capstone projects (e.g., refactoring legacy code with AI, generating test suites, or auditing AI-generated code for security flaws).
- Content Relevance: Ensure all content reflects current market trends, best practices, and the latest features of AI development tools.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the internal content team to maintain course quality and continuously improve content based on learner feedback.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Industry Experience: 2-3+ years of hands-on experience in contemporary software development (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, React, Node.js).
- AI Tool Mastery: Power user of modern AI development tools, specifically Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and Claude/ChatGPT .
- Instructional Skills: Prior experience teaching, mentoring, creating technical content, or conducting workshops is highly preferred.
- Communication: Strong on-camera presence, clear communication, and the ability to break down complex concepts into engaging, digestible lessons.
- Remote Readiness: Comfort working remotely, managing your own recording schedule independently, and meeting project deadlines.
