Job Title: Call Centre Executive Department: Call Centre / Patient Relations Location: Noida Sec-63 Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–3 Years (Healthcare/IVF experience preferred) Job Summary We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Centre Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling patient appointments, addressing patient queries, and ensuring a seamless communication experience. Candidates with prior experience in an IVF/Fertility Centre, hospital, or healthcare industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.

- Respond to patient inquiries regarding consultations, treatments, appointments, and services.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments with doctors and consultants.
- Follow up with prospective and existing patients through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and emails.
- Generate and maintain accurate patient records in the Hospital Information System (HIS)/CRM.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Doctors, Counsellors, and other departments to ensure timely patient support.
- Handle patient complaints or concerns professionally and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Achieve daily call, follow-up, and appointment booking targets.
- Maintain complete confidentiality of patient information.
- Prepare daily call reports and update lead status in the CRM.
- Ensure high standards of patient satisfaction through excellent communication and timely follow-ups.
- Support marketing campaigns by contacting prospective patients and promoting clinic services as required.

Required Qualifications - Graduate in any discipline.





- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a Call Centre, Customer Service, or Healthcare environment.
- Experience in an IVF/Fertility Centre or Hospital will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Required Skills - Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

- Pleasant telephone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Strong customer service and patient-handling abilities.
- Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM/HIS software.
- Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
- Positive attitude, patience, and empathy while interacting with patients.
