Job Context & Major Challenges To plan, monitor, guide, train and review the teams to ensure implementation of WCM Roadmap across the organization & institutionalize WCM processes in the Unit

Key Result Areas KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters) Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters) KRA1 Accountability To plan, monitor, guide, train and review the teams to ensure implementation of WCM Roadmap across the organization & institutionalize WCM processes in the Unit * Formation and review of WCM Structure (Steering committee, SCs, Operating Teams, CFTs)

- Assist in target setting of these teams
- Review for effectiveness of the Sub committees and Operating Teams
- Equipping the teams with Analytical Tools
- Design the training and reading material
- Plan for annual training program for operating Teams

KRA2 To identify and gather Benchmarking data for WCM processes to improvise targets and objectives to meet Vision and Mission * Collect information on Best Practices from various sources




- Consolidate and customize
- Furnish the information at various levels
- Facilitate for implementation
- Monitor the progress

KRA3 Lead Specific Projects through to drive process improvement resulting into tangible perks * Problem Solving Tools
- VA-NVA studies
- As per Organization Needs and requirements on specific Losses

KRA4 Be a change agent and support creation of competitive environment for the teams so as to achieve excellence * Plan, Design and deploy Various Reward and Recognition Schemes
- Management of Model Areas
- Co-ordination with Top Management for continuous improvements

KRA5 To ensure continuous Assessment on the WCM Model for Competitive Advantage for identifying gaps * Plan for assessment
- Co-ordinate with internal and external assessors
- Regular Self Assessment
- Gaps identification and Action Planning
