As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Agronomy Expert who can lead technical training initiatives and strengthen our crop advisory capabilities. ? Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)

? Experience: 2–8 Years

? Qualification: B.Sc. Agriculture (Mandatory) | M.Sc. Agriculture preferred What you'll do:

- Deliver technical training to Agronomists, Agri Advisors, and internal teams.
- Develop training modules, SOPs, presentations, and technical content.
- Provide research-backed crop advisory and technical support.
- Recommend scientifically sound crop protection and nutrition solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations,



and Customer Success teams to enhance advisory quality. We're looking for someone with:
- Robust experience in Agronomy, Crop Advisory, Agricultural Extension, or Agri-input companies.
- Knowledge of Northern Indian crops for North region such as Wheat, Paddy, Mustard, Cotton, Maize, Sugarcane, Potato, Pulses, and Southern Indian Crops such as Paddy, Coconut, Tea, Coffee, Arecanut, Banana, Turmeric, Pepper, Cardamom, Groundnut for South Region will be highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Proficiency in one or more North Indian regional languages is a strong advantage.
