Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Agentic/Automation Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI-driven automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building AI agents, agentic workflows, LLM-powered applications, and enterprise automation solutions using modern AI frameworks and cloud technologies. This role requires solid Python development skills and expertise in integrating AI with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents capable of executing complex, multi-step business workflows.
- Build agentic AI applications using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
- Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
- Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock) into enterprise applications.
- Develop secure APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or REST APIs.
- Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and tool-calling capabilities for AI agents.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, databases, and third-party APIs.
- Build reusable prompt templates, AI tools, and workflow orchestration components.
- Ensure AI applications follow security, governance, logging, and monitoring best practices.
- Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver production-ready AI solutions.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain AI automation workflows in cloud environments.

Required Skills

- Strong programming experience in Python.
- Experience building AI Agents and Agentic AI applications.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
- Experience with RAG,



embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases.
- Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and AI tool integration.
- Experience with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or similar LLM platforms.
- Experience with FastAPI, Flask, REST APIs, GraphQL, and API integration.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
- Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Milvus, pgvector, or OpenSearch.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, logging, observability, and secure AI development practices.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience with enterprise workflow automation and AI governance.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.
- Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments such as financial services, healthcare, or insurance.
