Key Deliverables - Architect and implement scalable Agentic AI frameworks that integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise ecosystems.

- Develop robust Python and Java-based services to manage agent orchestration, memory, and reasoning loops.
- Deploy and maintain AI-driven applications within cloud-native environments to ensure high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into functional AI agent specifications.
- Optimize data pipelines to ensure high-quality, real-time data ingestion for agent training and inference.
- Manage containerized deployments using Kubernetes to ensure consistent scaling across development and production environments.
- Monitor agent performance metrics and iterate on models to improve accuracy, reliability, and task completion rates.

Essential Requirements - Minimum of 4-7 years of skilled experience in software engineering or AI development.





- Proficiency in Python and Java for building scalable backend systems and AI integrations.
- Proven experience in cloud-based architecture and deploying applications in production environments.
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes for container orchestration and managing distributed systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work with large-scale data structures and data-intensive applications.
- Ability to work onsite in Kolkata to facilitate close collaboration with the engineering team.

Preferred Qualifications - Experience with LLM frameworks, vector databases, or agentic orchestration tools like LangChain or AutoGPT.

- Familiarity with MLOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for AI model deployment.
- Background in distributed computing or high-concurrency system design.
- Relevant certifications in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
