Role Description The Agency Development Manager is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Madurai Area. This role involves recruiting, onboarding, and developing agency partners to drive life insurance sales and achieve business targets. The manager will plan and execute sales strategies, monitor performance, and provide regular coaching and training to agency teams.

Daily activities include reviewing key metrics, conducting field visits, supporting agents in client meetings,



and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role also requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to enhance agency productivity, improve customer experience, and support long-term growth in the region.

Qualifications Proven experience in agency development, sales management, or business development within financial services or insurance.

Strong skills in team leadership, performance coaching, and stakeholder relationship management.

Ability to plan and execute sales strategies, analyze regional performance data, and implement improvement actions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a focus on customer-centric engagement.

Solid understanding of life insurance products, regulatory guidelines, and need-based selling practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.

Comfort working in an on-site, field-driven environment in the Greater Madurai Area, including regular travel within the region.

Proficiency in using digital tools and CRM systems for sales tracking, reporting, and agent support.
