We're Hiring: Advertising Associate (Marketplace & Quick Commerce) Location: Work From Home (Remote)

Employment Type: Full-Time At Emercom Labs, we're building the next generation of commerce growth for brands across marketplaces and quick commerce platforms. We're looking for an Advertising Associate who understands performance advertising and is passionate about scaling brands through data-driven strategies.

What You'll Do

- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Flipkart Minutes and other commerce platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, ROAS, ACOS/TACOS, CPC, CTR and conversion metrics.
- Plan keyword, product and category-level advertising strategies.
- Work closely with marketplace operations and brand teams to drive sales growth.
- Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
- Stay updated with platform advertising trends and new growth opportunities.





What We're Looking For • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Marketplace and Quick Commerce advertising.

- Strong understanding of Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads and quick commerce ad ecosystems.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and deliver performance-driven results.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
