We're Hiring: Advertising Associate (Marketplace & Quick Commerce) **Location: Work From Home (Remote)

We're looking for an Advertising Associate who understands performance advertising and is passionate about scaling brands through data-driven strategies.

What You'll Do: • Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Flipkart Minutes and other commerce platforms.

- Monitor campaign performance, ROAS, ACOS/TACOS, CPC, CTR and conversion metrics.
- Plan keyword, product and category-level advertising strategies.
- Work closely with marketplace operations and brand teams to drive sales growth.
- Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
- Stay updated with platform advertising trends and new growth opportunities.





What We're Looking For

- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Marketplace and Quick Commerce advertising.
- Robust understanding of Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads and quick commerce ad ecosystems.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and deliver performance-driven results.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
