Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counselor cum Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for counseling students about IT training programs, generating leads, converting inquiries into admissions, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a basic understanding of IT courses and services.

Key Resposibilities

- Counsel prospective students regarding IT courses, training programs, and career opportunities.

- Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into admissions.

- Understand candidates' requirements and recommend suitable IT programs.

- Generate new leads through social media, referrals, educational events, and partnerships.

- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, institutes, and corporate clients.

- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

- Conduct online and offline presentations to promote company offerings.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, admissions,



and follow-ups in the CRM system.

- Coordinate with trainers and internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of IT technologies such as Data Science, Full Stack Development, Cloud Computing, AI/ML, and Digital Marketing.

- Strong sales, negotiation, and counseling abilities.

- Ability to meet targets and work in a rapid-paced environment.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in admission counseling, sales, or business development.

- Experience in the EdTech or IT training industry will be preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in lead generation and client relationship management.

- Strong presentation and convincing skills.
