- Supervise & lead the maintenance team, including technicians & facility staff.
- Maintenance of office facilities, equipment & office vehicles, ensuring in positive working condition.
- Infrastructure facilities, identifying maintenance needs.

- Coordinate with project teams to integrate maintenance requirements into project plans & ensure seamless workflow transitions
