Technical Skills

Robust hands-on experience in:

- Cisco ACI (mandatory)
- F5 Load Balancers (LTM/GTM)
- Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM)

Solid understanding of:
- TCP/IP, routing (BGP, OSPF), VLANs, VXLAN
- Network security concepts (ACLs, segmentation)

Process Knowledge
- Good understanding of ITIL framework
- Experience working in production support (24x7) environments

Key Responsibilities* L3 Support & Operations

- Provide Level 3 support for datacenter network infrastructure incidents, problems, and changes
- Perform advanced troubleshooting for complex network and application-related issues
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures

Cisco ACI (Primary Skill)

- Design, implement, and manage Cisco ACI fabric deployments
- Configure and troubleshoot:
- Tenants, VRFs, Bridge Domains, EPGs
- Contracts, policies, and service graphs
- Monitor ACI fabric health and optimize performance




- Handle upgrades, patches, and lifecycle management

F5 Load Balancer

- Configure and manage F5 LTM/GTM (BIG-IP) devices
- Troubleshoot load balancing issues including:
- Virtual servers, pools, iRules
- SSL offloading, traffic steering
- Perform performance tuning and capacity planning

Infoblox DDI

- Manage DNS, DHCP, and IPAM using Infoblox
- Troubleshoot DNS resolution, IP conflicts, and DHCP issues
- Maintain IP address schema and documentation

Operational Excellence

- Follow and enforce ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release Management)
- Ensure all activities are documented in ticketing systems
- Participate in Major Incident Management (MIM) calls
- Maintain SLA compliance and service availability
