As the exclusive licensee for iconic global brands like Lee, Wrangler and G-STAR in India and South Asia, we are looking for a design leader who can shape the next chapter of our shirts category.

– Lead the design and development of the shirts category from concept to final product
– Translate global trends into consumer-relevant, market-ready collections
– Drive innovation across fabrics, fits, washes and styling
– Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sourcing and development teams
– Ensure collections are delivered on time, on cost and on trend
– Own the journey from trend forecasting to fit approvals and final execution
– Balance creativity with commercial viability and margin goals

– 10–12+ years of experience in fashion design & product development
– Strong background in shirts/denim/casualwear (jeanswear experience is a plus)
– Deep understanding of fabric, garment construction and washes
– Proven ability to build trend-forward yet commercially successful collections
– Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop (digital design exposure is a plus)
– Strong communication and presentation skills
– A mindset that blends creativity with business impact
