For our office in India, we are looking for an Accounts Payable Officer.

As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will be part of a dynamic team where collaboration, innovation, and impact are at the core. You will work in a complex and stimulating accounting environment, contributing every day to the success of our projects worldwide.

You will be responsible for the smooth and accurate processing of purchase invoices.

Your responsibilities

- Managing the accounts payable invoice booking process, with exposure to Indian GST/TDS or foreign VAT/WHT at document level

- Verifying purchase invoices against purchase orders

- Booking invoices in our system (D365)

- Following up on the invoice approval workflow

- Handling supplier reminders via email and phone

- Performing various administrative tasks within the AP process

Your profile





- Minimum 2 years of experience in the accounts payable invoice booking process, with exposure to Indian GST/TDS or foreign VAT/WHT at document level

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Tax, a graduate degree in Accounting Administration, or equivalent experience

- Accurate, independent, and a team player

- Able to work well under deadlines

- Good knowledge of English

- Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Outlook
