Rrayze Business Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Executive to manage vendor payments, invoices, and related accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounts payable functions and basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices accurately and ensure timely payments
- Raise Purchase Order
- Verify invoices with purchase orders and supporting documents
- Maintain vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and process payment runs (NEFT, RTGS, cheques, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Assist in monthly closing and reconciliation activities
- Maintain proper records and documentation for audits
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for payment-related queries
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Accounts Payable
- SAP is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP system(S/4 HANA).
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
- Strong communication and coordination skills
