Experience Required: Minimum 4-5 Years Job Summary Rrayze Business Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Executive to manage vendor payments, invoices, and related accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounts payable functions and basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities Process vendor invoices accurately and ensure timely payments
Raise Purchase Order
Verify invoices with purchase orders and supporting documents
Maintain vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies
Prepare and process payment runs (NEFT, RTGS, cheques, etc.)
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Assist in monthly closing and reconciliation activities
Maintain proper records and documentation for audits
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for payment-related queries
Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in Accounts Payable
SAP is mandatory.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP system(S/4 HANA).
Good attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
Strong communication and coordination skills
