We are hiring for an Accounts Manager for Manufacturing Inudstry

Experience: 8+ years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA

Location : Erode

Salary : Upto 7.2 Lakhs Per Annum

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Bank Reconciliation.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, MIS reports, and budget analysis.

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory audits, and financial regulations.

Monitor cash flow, working capital, costing, inventory accounting, and financial controls.

Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments for smooth financial operations.

Lead and mentor the accounts team while ensuring timely financial reporting and process improvements.

Prepare and review Profit & Loss (P&L;) statements, Balance Sheet, and other financial reports.





Oversee general ledger accounting, journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing activities.

Ensure compliance with GST regulations, including return filing, input tax credit reconciliation, and statutory compliance.

Handle accounting activities up to finalization of accounts and coordinate the completion of statutory, tax, and internal audits.

Coordinate with Chartered Accountants (CA), auditors, tax consultants, and statutory authorities for audits, assessments, and compliance matters.

Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, strengthen internal controls, and enhance operational efficiency.
