Position: Accounts Executive

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter Preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, financial documentation, and day-to-day accounting operations. Candidates who have completed or are pursuing CA Inter will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Record and manage purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations.
- Assist in GST and TDS calculations, filings, and compliance.
- Maintain invoices, vouchers, bills, and other financial documentation.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports and financial statements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, customers, auditors, and consultants for accounting-related matters.




- Assist with statutory compliance and audit requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and timely updating of financial records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- CA Inter qualification/candidates preferred.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally/ERP.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Valuable attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple accounting tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with relevant experience in Accounts and Finance will be preferred.
- CA Inter candidates with hands-on accounting knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be an added advantage.
