: Accounts Executive

Location: Santacruz East, Mumbai / Palghar Plant

Industry: Stainless Steel Fastener Manufacturing

Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month (Depending on Experience & Last Drawn Salary)

Role Summary A reputed stainless steel fastener manufacturing company is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support its finance and accounting operations at Santacruz East and the Palghar manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate should have 1–5 years of experience in a manufacturing company and possess sound knowledge of day-to-day accounting and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.

- Maintain purchase, sales, expense, and general ledger entries.

- Prepare invoices, vouchers, debit notes, and credit notes.

- Assist with accounts payable and receivable management.

- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.

- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related activities.

- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

- Prepare basic MIS reports and financial statements.

- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for accounts-related matters.





- Assist in audit preparation and documentation.

- Support the finance team in managing accounting activities for the Santacruz East office and Palghar plant.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, preferably B.Com.

- 1–5 years of experience in Accounts & Finance in a manufacturing company.

- Knowledge of Tally/ERP accounting software preferred.

- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory accounting procedures.

Desired Skills

- Strong accounting fundamentals.

- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

- Good organizational and communication skills.

- Ability to coordinate effectively with different departments.

- Willingness to work as per business requirements at the Santacruz East office and/or Palghar plant.
